Hotel is located on beautiful island!

This hotel is to far away from 4 star! One star hotel on five star island, outdated, need renovation. Terribly overpriced food. Quite hard bed with grey bed linen. Only one brownish towel per person. AC was blowing straight to bed, pool isn't good

Location, location and location.

When speed boat dropped us on next beach (separated from hotel by mountain) personnel from that hotel was kind enough to call Koh Hai Fantasy hotel and inform them about us. But they didn't send own boat for pick up! They don't care about own customers!

The beach!

Hotel isn't 4 star!!! The best case is 2 1/2 stars. Bed linen is spotted, brown color towels which use to be a beach towels looks at least strange. AC is blowing straight to the bed. Food is greatly overpriced (vs the rest of Thailand)

The Sea

This is definitely NOT 4 star hotel. Breakfast is quite poor. Every day is the same.

Great location few meters from the very nice beach. Great breakfast. Comfortable bads. There is a possibility to pay by card, the hotel will arrange the transport to other islands. There is just small shop on the island.

Only water in the room was the desalinated see water. For washing is ok, but you cannot even prepare the coffee from this water. The rooms are one beside other, no privacy on the small terrace.

Location, stuff ,massage. But don't call simple massage outside a SPA.

Food, they don't care about vegetarian people. I can't eat eggs for 3 weeks, yogurt had super, rice suger, no porridge just unhealthy fake cereals. My room was facing the wall. I didn't expect sea view, but at least garden view. They should put this in a description .

The beach is stunning and absolutely the best part of the stay. Having drinks directly at the beach was very enjoyable.

Service was slow and the staff seemed inattentive, often not paying attention to guests’ needs (for example, leaving used dishes uncollected). Waiting times—especially in the restaurant—were far too long; even at 4 pm with no other customers around, dessert took 45 minutes. Staff often appeared free or not busy, yet showed little willingness to proactively assist guests.The pool is located at the back of the property, so it lacks a beach vibe. The beach itself was slightly dirty every day, which was disappointing, especially since the property did not take action after I reported a piece of broken glass on the sand.

We had a great stay here, and ended up extending another night. Beach was immaculately clean, staff friendly and the food was amazing. Really quiet and chilled but some beach bars nearby. Highly recommend staying here, really don’t understand the negative reviews.

The location is excellent as are the facilities. Lots of places and sunbeds on the beach. Breakfast was very good too and staff really helpful.

The island is stunning! This hotel is basic. Lack of plugs. Still using single disposable plastic shower items! We eat at the restaurant, not good. Basic hotel food, rude staff.

Checkin available early and free transfer from the pier ? (Still dropped us 100m away)The carriers were very helpful proposing carrying the bag over 300m (which we refused)Personnel was very nice

- Furniture are horrible and used, all white- The AC is from the 90s and we can hear the noise of the AC compressor was so noisy we could here from inside the room (and the neighbor's as well)- The bathroom was barely standing with holes from the shower area to the toilets- Stains on the white sheets

The location is fantastic and it can justify some of the downsides of the hotel.We had the family room which looks a little dated but was renovated and cleaned daily. There was a living area downstairs and 2 rooms upstairs.Great, calm beach with loungers. Not crowded even in high season. If you have a return speedboat booked, you'll be informed about the pick-up time at check-in.

There were 2 bathrooms but the one of the room with 2 twin beds had no hot water at all which is a big downside. The power outlets on the tarrace didn't work.The breakfast should have been better. The only 3 good parts about it were egg live-cooking station, fresh vegetables and fruit. Bad-quality coffee. Cold Thai dishes. Limited selection. The food wasn't replenished 25 minutes before the end.

The staff were great, the food was also good. And the pool area was well maintained.

We stayed in a superior room, if that was superior I am not sure what the standard one would be like. It was very basic, no tea or coffee facilities. Dirty bathroom cupboards. No attention to detail. The breakfast is OK, not amazing.

It was a wonderful stay. Everything was fantastic. The staff, the breakfast, location etc… I would go back there in a heart beat. Food is amazing in the resort. Excellent value for money. Take enough cash with you. Hike to Paradise beach is a must! (wear bug spray) This is a really lovely place.

The pool was a little out of the way (not on the beach) Great in the early evening when it was empty though.

Everything was great. Hotel is very good, breakfast are good. Personel is nice. Location is great, on the main beach, where you can find some restarants and bars nearby. Room was spacious, it has a beautiful view from the balcony. Beds are comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.
